Reply: Carburator Assby For Honda GC160
Yes, the 16100-Z0J-003 is a complete carburetor. It does not include any of the mounting gaskets but the carb itself is complete.
I hope this helps,
I'm having problems with my pressure washer. The honda will start and run for a bout 2mins. then the block fills up with gas and quiets.
It sounds to me like the carb float needle is sticking open. The needle in the carb regulates how much fuel flows into the carb bowl. If the needle sticks open the fuel will continue to flow. It will flow into the cylinder and end up in the crankcase. You should be able to repair it by removing the needle and cleaning it and the tube it fits in.
I hope this helps!
I have the same issue. I cleaned the entire carb but it did not help. Then I put a brand new carb on but still the same problem. Any thoughts?
Reply: Engine Stops Running
This happens when the Main Jet is obstructed. You will need to remove the bowl and clean the main Jet by running a small piece of wire through it. Clean the bowl while it is removed.
Question: Engine Will Not Run
I have a 27 ton Troy-Bilt log splitter with a 160cc Honda OHV/OHC Engine. It will only start and run if the choke is engaged (flap closed). If I push the rod to disengage the choke (flap partially open), it begins to pop through the exhaust and run roughly. If I push the rod all the way (flap open), then it will cut off and will not restart unless the choke is engaged again. Any help would be appreciated.
Reply: Engine Will Not Run
Sounds to me as though you have a gasket problem or a blocked jet.

Check the carburetor gaskets; one might be letting air by.
