Replaced cool blocks or guide blocks on delta band saw
Easy. Remove old guide blocks from band saw, some dis-assembly may be required on parts that hold guide blocks in place. Install new guide blocks close to the band saw blade but not touching the blade. Be sure to cut the power to the band saw before starting work.

2 guides chipped needed to be replaced. I replaced all four.
Unplug machine and open to expose blade guides. Use allen wench to back off pressure of guide and push out old guide. Slide in new guide and tighten down (not too hard). Check to be sure blade is close but free to slide between new set of guides.
