Discussion for the Dremel 277 (F0131277CA) Corded Multi-Tool
The tubular plastic link that joins the armature to the front shaft has stripped ( probably designed to relieve pressure on the motor). Can I buy that part? It is just under an inch long and about 3/8 inch in diameter.
The coupling is part of the armature assembly and is not sold separately. The armature is part #2610941200 and is available from http://www.ereplacementparts.com.
I hope this helps with your repair!

The reply from Mark is incorrect. I ordered this part and it is nothing close to what is in my (and your) tool. It is like the picture at ereplacementparts, but not anywhere close to the same as your armature, and of course there is no plastic link at all.

the plastic link broke on my saw also, funny the ten cent part isn't listed, one of the most important drive links in the tool
