I've had this tool since early 90's and never had a problem with it! The only reason I'm replacing the nose piece is, somebody used it and broke the nose piece. That reinforces the old rule don't lend your tools out! I had to repair a Makita Chop Saw for the same reason. The parts just came in this week from you people.
