I recently purchased kit A03928 in order to replace the unloader valve on a Devilbiss EXVRB2321 pressure washer. The original part included a cage that threaded onto the unloader valve. The replacement kit that I received from eReplacementParts does not include the threads that would mate with the existing cage.
Does the existing cage need to be removed and replaced with the tiny seat that came with the kit? Or does the existing cage need to remain installed in the unit?
Also, what orientation does the seat need to be installed in? One side is chamfered while the other is not. The diameters also appear to be different on the two sides.
My Power washer stopped pumping. I have pulled the unloader valve. I removed the spring discovering the "plunger" shaft was not frozen, but was very tight. I used some lubricant which did not help very much. My question: I'm not sure I have an unloader problem or not. Please advise. Thank you.
unit starts up fine. it builds pressure but high pressure goes away after a few minuets and does not come back. i have pump torn apart.other peaple told me to go with a different pump all together. what is best option?
I'm not sure I understand your question.I'm not sure I understand what you mean by"it builds pressure but high pressure goes away after a few minuets and does not come back" Can you give a bit more detail on the problem.Thanks.
