Would like to know the thread size of the fitting that screws into the quick disconnect where the chemical feed line goes.

bearing locked up damaged housing part that bolts to engine. I need housing and both bearings. where are these parts listed?

Is there a repair manual for pumps?

Just replaced the radial ring assembly today. Started and it ran great for about 2 minutes and both Radial Piston Assembly's blew out and the top strap???? Nothing is locked up and when I spin the pump I can here it working fine. Any ideas????

I'm not drawing fluid through the chemical hose assembly. Is this a problem with the injector?

I took my Excell -2600 in for what I believed was a simple repair - replacement of a quick disconnect with rusty bearings. I was informed that somehow soap had gotten into the pump and dried, rendering it inoperable. The shop has offered to show it to me, but said most likely I would have to replace the pump at which point, I might as well junk it and get a new one. They are as mystified as I am. The machine has only been used half-dozen times, twice by contractors.

Any thoughts?

My pump is an XR2600 It will not unload pressure when the gun trigger is released . I ordered a new unloader valve from your company and replaced it . It seemed to work for a few minutes but will not unload again . Will the check valve #39 in behind the injector fitting have any thing to do with this problem?

How do I know what Type of Washer I have? Type 0, 1 or 2

My actuating gear, item #3, that engages the pump by sliding in and out of the drive shaft broke. Everything else is fine. How do I get this part without buying the whole pump?

My original blew out. I bought a replacement and it didn't make it around one mobile home before it also blew. What now?

The pressure washer stalls when calling for pressure. I contacted support but nothing suggested worked.
