Question: Pressure Washer Wheels

dlang

The wheels of this Excell pressure washer (model # VR2522), which is all plastic have come off the nut. Do I need new wheels or can the button snap (part # D30492 - .302 diameter) be used to correct this? Thanks, D Lang

Reply: Pressure Washer Wheels

WJA

Hello dlang,

The part number D30492 is used to hold the upper and lower handles together. If your wheels are okay and not worn where they go on the axle. I would try a new nut that holds the wheel to the axle, it is part number W137 pal nut.

Question: Refill The Oil

BigMama225

We open up the seal on the front of the washer thing it would be a filter but instead some type of bluish-green oil came out and now we need to know how to refill it and what was the oil

Question: Leaking Hose

Joe

Put new O-rings on the hose to the wand, but it still leaks no matter how tight I connect it. These were black rubber of similar size. Help?

Question: No Pressure

Ken

My VR2522 has no pressure. There is water flow through the unit but no pressure.

I bought a used washer with that problem. I took the end of the wand off, put it back on and it worked. Not sure if it was debris or perhaps airlock.

Am wondering if this unit is supposed to idle down when not spraying?

Question: Excell Pressure Washer

Tom

My Excell pressure washer, VR2522, starts fine but when I close the throttle it dies out.

I believe what you're talking about is the choke. Run it a minute or so adjusting the choke as yo go. Should run fine after that.

Question: "o" Rings

Jim

I have an Excell pressure washer vr2522 and need the "o" rings that goes in the end of the high pressure hose. All I see is the purchase of a new hose and the "o" rings will fix the water leak, because the hose itself is still good. thxs
