Discussion for the Delta TS300 TYPE 1 Bench Table Saw
Unfortunately the manufacture does not give us the sizes of all the screws that they provide. If we had one in stock I would provide that information for you. I did check stock at the factory. It said they have them in stock with limited supplies.
The Delta table saw model is 12122214 sn k 9412
I need a clutch for the unimotor.
Thanks,
James

If the motor is turning and the blade is not. Just as navidave95 said the belt needs to be replaced. You can see it in the parts diagram on page 2 at the bottom, where the motor is shown with all of its parts. It is item number 226. Part number 100XL100.
Underneath the table is a part called a rear trunnion (item # 126 on the parts diagram).
It has two bolts on either side of it. Once you loosen them you should be able to move the trunnion a little. When you have your blade aligned with the miter slot, tighten them back up. Your saw should be able to cut good and square now.
I have had my TS300 for about 5 years and it recently stopped working. The last time I used it the saw ran fine. I went to turn it on the other day and it wouldn't turn on. The outlet is live and other tools work when plugged in.
This happened once before but I opened up the switch box cover to have a look, didn't do anything, then closed the cover. Some how it started working again.
Sounds like either a loose wire or a motor brush that is hanging up in its holder. First, with the saw unplugged, work your way through all of the electrical connections making sure everything is tight and making good contact.
Pull out the motor brushes and look for any burrs or anything that would prevent them from easily sliding inside of the brush holders. If you find a bad spot you can simply sand it away with some fine grit sandpaper.
Hope this helps!

At the top of the parts breakdown on our site there is a tab labeled "Diagram Downloads". Clicking on that tab will take you to copies of the manufactures actual parts diagrams. On the first page there is a wiring diagram shown.
The following link will take you to that diagram...
