Discussion for the Delta CP200 Type 1 100 PSI 2-Gallon Compressor
Unfortunately the manufacture does not supply a lot of replacement parts for this compressor. You might try a local compressor service center in your area for the item you are looking for.
Unfortunately these compressors where designed to be pretty much disposable. The manufacture never did offer any of the internal motor. You can remove the armature bearings, take them to a tool repair shop or bearing retailer and match them up.

Just as I lthought, thanx $50 compressor = bearings and installation $50
I have replaced the fuse but it only fixes the problem short term.
There is a definite odor of overheating electrical components.
Can I purchase a motor compressor unit or is it a throwaway?
Unfortunately these compressors where designed to be pretty much disposable. The manufacture never did offer any of the internal motor or pump parts. Time to shop for a new one.
Is there anyway I could find out some basic data on this machine? I'm looking for the cfm rating. I looked all over the place on the compressor and the net but could find nothing. I'm hoping it is around 1.60 cfm @ 70psi.
Last time I used the compressor I had no problems. The following small job it would not start. I checked the power cord and plug as well as the power outlet and no problem was found. Is there a fuse somewhere on this compressor. It is a 2 gallon 10 psi compressor.
There is a fuse. To get to it, you have to remove the plastic motor cover.
You'll find a green electronic board. It's held on by 2 Phillips head screws. Remove these and it comes right off. Behind it you'll find a 2.5 amp fuse. I bought the replacement fuse at an automotive shop.
