motor brushes were wore out
Turn entire saw upside down, unbolt motor from mount, disconnect wires at switch, take motor to bench, unscrew brush caps, pull old brushes out, insert new brushes, bolt motor to mount, re hook up wires, plug in check to make sure motor runs, turn saw over , ready to use.
