Question: Cutterhead Pulley

Hi

I can't remove the cutterhead pulley. There seems to be a locking pin which prevents it coming away and exposing the bearing and retainer. I can't figure out how to release it.
The bearing cup screw heads are damaged, so I can't undo them either. Any suggestions welcome
