Question: Pump Didn't Work

Recently I found the coffee quality too low, I found the pump looks not work, because when delivery coffee without vibration noise, shall I replace the pump or do something first ?

Question: Water Leak

I have a Delonghi EC-155 that leaks water everywhere. I take the tank out and fill with water. Everything is ok at this point. No leaking. I put the tank in the machine, close the lid, and within seconds the entire tank is emptied on my kitchen counter. When I remove the tank and look down into the machine, I can see my counter through a hole in the bottom of the machine! Any idea what part I need to fix this problem?

My Delonghi EC-155 appears to haave no pressure to pump the water to make espresso. The steam frothier works and it pumps hot water through the frothing spout. I have tried descaling several times.
