How do you remove cutting assembly from jar? Does it require removing collar? If so, need instructions on how to remove.

Hello Dennis, Thank you for the question. To remove the cutting assembly you need to unscrew the Collar from the jar to release the old cutter and replace it with the new one. We hope this helps!
