    I bent the original crank handle, so it wobbled when I turned the crank.

    1. Used T-handled hex key (provided with the planer) to remove the old handle
    2. Installed new handle in place of the old bent handle, and tightened using T-handled hex key
    Total time for repair: about 1 minute.

    Removed the old crank handle by removing the Allen screw and washer.
    Attached new crank handle with Allen screw and washer. It's about as easy as it gets.....less than a minute to swap it out.

    Pulled the broken handle off
    Put the new handle on
    Inserted and tightened the screw

    Feed on planer stopped working, Crank handle was missing

    Pliers, Adjustable Wrench, Allen Wrenchs

    Removed cover plate with allen wrench saw drive gear broken. Removed retaining clip and put gear on chain and put gear back on shaft. Replaced clip and tested before replacing cover.

    Crank handle just needed to be installed with a bolt that we had.
