Description:

This replacement cord protector is an authentic component which is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with DeWALT and Black and Decker power tools. It fits through the opening in the housing where the power cord is wired, it will protect the base of the cord from getting bent or pinched. Dog ate the cord.

I couldn't disassemble the unit. I removed the case screws but it wouldn't come apart. I didn't want to break it so I spliced the new cord to the old one.
