Product Description ?

This genuine replacement carburetor is sourced from original manufacturer and it is designed for use with gas trimmers. It mixes air and gas before the fuel mix goes to the engine.

If the engine won't start and the tank is full of fresh fuel, test the carburetor by removing the air filter and pouring about a teaspoon of fuel into the carburetor. Pull the starter rope. If the engine starts and then quickly dies, the carburetor is likely the problem.

This assembly includes a metal body carburetor with a plastic choke lever. When replacing carburetor it is advised that you also replace carburetor gaskets to ensure proper air tight seal for optimum performance. You will need a screwdriver to perform this repair.

Wrong part quickly took care of the problem
The website listed the wrong carburetor part number for my trimmer and the part didn't fit. I called the company and had the correct part a few days later. The trimmer works better now than when it was new.

    Works like new
Works like new. After disassembling the carburetor twice there was a piece of trash or the diaphragm had a small hole in it. Regardless of what it was I ordered a new carburetor. Everything works fine.

Cleaned old plug and reinstalled it, put in new Non-Ethanol fuel primed the engine gave it two pulls and away it went. Still has a slight miss, but has power again. Probably need to change the induction coil.
