Question: Bosch Rs20 Wiring

This sawzall hasn't worked right since it was new. It was bought refurbished. Where should the two wires be connected to, one from main switch, the other from high/low speed switch? There are 4 terminals to choose from. I can only get it to run at full speed, no variable control or high/low setting. Anybody?
