Well you really need a bearing puller but there is a great video on this web site oh how to use a vise to remove an armature bearing. Hope that helps.

Look down the nose of the tool where the bits go in and verify that there are splines inside the bit holder. Sometimes these will shear off and the bits won't stay in place. Another sign of this is the bit spinning in place when under heavy drill load.

I have a Bosch 11311EVS hammer drill. It won't hammer when I turn it on. I'm wondering what the problem or part that I need to replace or what to do? You can hear the motor rotating and everything but it won't go? Please help as in what can I do or what part I can replace.
