eReplacementParts to Offer Generic Alternative Parts
Summer is near and people are using power tools, which is keeping us very busy this 2007 season. As the ever increasing demand for power tool parts continues, we are always looking for new ways to meet our customers’ needs and provide all possible options for repairs. This spring we are announcing a new exploratory initiative to offer generic parts alongside our existing selection of OEM parts. We will be targeting the most commonly replaced tool components such as switches, carbon brushes, and power cords. It is our goal to offer high quality generic parts and we are currently working to select suppliers who can provide parts that are tough, long lasting, and every bit as functional as OEM originals. Of course, and perhaps most importantly, these parts will be offered at a substantially lower price than their OEM equivalents. We hope that our customers will enjoy having more repair options, while saving money too.
We have always been a proud supplier of genuine OEM power tool parts and we have no plans to offer generic parts in place of our OEM components, but rather as a lower cost yet quality alternative. We will continue to be an excellent source for genuine replacement parts, and OEM sales will remain our primary focus.
