One Blade broke loose and locked up the thickness planer and broke the carriage. It also bent the blade holder.

2. Disassembled planer head from risers.
3. Removed carriage and associate parts and attachments.
4. Reassembled associated parts and attachments on to new carriage.
5. Reassembled planer head and installed on to riser posts making sure planer head is in correct position, and it moves freely up and down.
The drive belt had to be replaced and other repairs.
