I am a 50 female homeowner who is handier than the average gal, but a bit nervous with saws. Bought this reciprocating saw to prune some trees and have since used it numerous times. At only 6.8 lbs, it's light enough for me to work with the confidence I have control of it because it isn't too heavy. The rubber grip for guiding the work is also manageable for a woman's smaller hands. The price was better than all the others too!
