HOW IS THE handle removedgh7000

Hi Eddie, Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, install the handle assembly with the Black & Decker logo facing upward and attach the handle to the metal shaft of the trimmer by pushing it onto the shaft from the side. Once it is pushed onto the metal shaft, the handle can be turned into the correct orientation. Insert the 2-1/2 inch bolt through the holes in the handle and thread on the plastic knob. Screw won't turn. Can I use a penetrating Spray to loosen? Otherwise how do I remove Spool Housing PN:90589746

Hi Richard, Thank you for your question. If the screw will not budge, penetrating spray can help. Use WD-40. We have included a link to one of our YouTube videos that you may reference on how to remove and install the spool/trimmer head, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQauZqaEBUI. The trimmers shown in the video may appear different from yours, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. If you have any questions, please let us know.
