Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement Timing Belt for Old 9" Black & Decker band saw model 9411 part 137667-00

I just bought this band saw at the flee market and I need to know were the belt should ride,on the side of the drive belt or on the top of the belt ,if it rides beside the belt the blade is only about a quarter of the way inside the guide screws.(the adj. on the guides are at max),Also does anyone know of manuals or what parts will cross(ie. blade and drive belts).

I just read a post about someone having problems with their 12 inch band saw in that the blade kept coming off and it is the same as mine (cat. no. 9411 type 2) I solved the problem by cutting a rubber innertube into a 1/2 " strip and putting on the left hand wheel.
The inner tube was a 480x 9 " tube.The blade needs something to grab on to. This is a Quick fix and the wheel should be replaced as the plade has probably taken the tapered surface to a new taper."To better woodworking" Regards;

I am a amature/beginner woodworker and have inherited a bunch of tools from my father in law. I have a B&D Model 9411 Type 1 Band Saw, that the blade will not stay on the drive wheels. The tension adjuster and lock bolt seem to function correctly. I noticed the drive wheels have a "chamfer" toward the cover side of the saw. Is this normal or are they worn out? I do not see any other type of "guide or retainer" to keep the blade on the drive wheels. Any help/suggestions/comments are welcomed
