Black & Decker did offer at one time a part number "BV-005" bag for their blower/vacuums. It's not available from the manufacture anymore, so you might try a search to find it. See if you can find an image of it to make sure its the right one.

Where can I just get a power cord? The neighbor borrowed the unit and lost the specific cord that interfaced from the unit to a regular cord.

Do I need an adapter for my plugs from tool to extension cord? All my B&D tools start to smoke and then burst into flames if plug is not centered . How do I keep it centered when you have to move them around during usage? True of leaf blower, lawn mower, and edger.
