I have a 12 volt Black and Decker multipurpose tool. The battery charger is on the "fritz". It has a simple circuit board containing 4 diodes, 3 resistors, and a pilot light. R3 in burned out. What is the resistor value of R3? I can repair it if I know the value of R 3.
