Can not get the soap to spray acts like maybe the pump might not be working, trys to work looks like maybe getting air

I have the same problem so I took the machine apart and found one hose and the heater almost stopped up so I am going to replace the pump and keep the old one for spare parts.

This is an addition to my answer the pump in mine was not working so just to find out the problem I cut the pump portion open and found out that the blades in the pump were gone. the motor is ok but I guess I will have to buy the complete unit.
