When replacing this part you will need a Phillips Head Screwdriver to remove the Gear Housing to gain access to the Safety Clutch Assembly.

Remove old gears
Keep the washers and clutches in order as removed
Remove all old grease and metal from old gears and gear case
I washed gearcase with dawn and hot water
Be sure to grease hole in case that shaft goes into
Reassemble exploded views are available on internet if you have a problem.
Do not over tighten the shaft nuts
It was easier to remove the armature to remove and replace its nut so it could be held in hand

I assembled the grinder back together and initially had tightened the screws setting the ring gear depth to much. After disassembling and torquing it again, I got it to work.
