Needed a new blade, and new tires

Removed the old tires from the upper and lower wheels. Then I soaked the new tires in very hot water for a while, to make them pliable. I then recruited my son to help me stretch them on, they fit very tight. I then put the new blade on and adjusted the tension and the blade guides. Runs Great.
