Edger pull cord and starter assembly needed replacing.
Removed old starter assembly and reinstalled new one. All you need to do is use the existing bolts and that's it, your done super easy.

Spring in recoil starter brokr
Removed old recoil starter by removing 3 screws and place new recoil starter on motor with the 3 removed screws. Replaced blade by removing nut and removing old blade. Placed new blade on and tighten removed nut.

edger recoil starter rope tore
Removed the broken recoil starter by removing three bolts. The replacement part came attached to a metal housing so I removed the recoil starter from that housing. Attached the replacement recoil starter to the edger. Works perfectly!
Hardest part was removing the replacement recoil starter from the housing. The housing was not needed for my edger.
