Removed broken wheel and axel and the other good wheel.
Put one new wheel on axel and slid to end of axel.
Installed axel and then the other new wheel and fastener.

1) removed broken Leg Extender, replaced both.
2) Removed both Axle Bolts and wheels. Replaced both wheels and bolts.

The hub on one of the grill wheels broke so it was very difficult to move it.

Tipped the grill up on end so the wheels were at a working height.
Pulled a cotter pin out of the end of the axle and slid a spacer and one wheel off.
Slid the axle out and removed the other wheel.
Put a new wheel on the axle and snapped it back in.
Slid the other wheel on the axle and replaced the spacer and cotter pin.
Stood the grill upright and fired it up.
