Lawn mower front drive wheel replaced

Lawn mower front drive wheel tread had worn out and the wheel needed to be replaced. I've replaced front drive wheels in the past on other mowers - on those mowers there was a small "hub cap" to pry off with a flat blade screw driver to access the wheel mounting bolt.

The only thing different with this newer mower is that there was no small hub cap to remove. You just pry off the entire plastic wheel cover. Very easy. It pops right off and snaps right back on after the wheel is replaced.
I did have to resort to looking it up on Youtube to find that out.

1) support the front of the mower to take weight off the front wheels. Just a small distance is fine.
2) using a flat blade screw driver, pry off the plastic wheel cover from the drive wheel you are replacing. There is no small hub cap to pry off. Just pry off the entire plastic wheel cover. Very easy to do.
3) using the proper size socket wrench, remove the wheel attachment nut.
4) slide the new drive wheel onto the mower wheel axle.
5) replace the wheel attachment nut and tighten.
6) using slight pressure, replace the wheel cover which will easily snap into place.
DONE !

Replaced worn front drive wheels

Just remove a single nut. Pull off wheel and replace with new wheel. Put nut back on a tighten. Same for the other side.
