Front tires was simply removing one bolt and taking tire off and replacing tire and re-install bolt. Rear tires had a bolt and a nut which had to be removed and re-installed with the new tire.

Needed new blade and wheel

Parts Used
Remove spark plug wire from spark plug. Removed the blade bolt, lock washer, accelerator then the old blade. Installed the new blade in reverse order. Remove the shoulder bolt from the wheel and remove the wheel. Install the new wheel on the axle, then secure the new wheel with the shoulder bolt. Install plug wire on spark plug.
