This is an authentic manufacturer made replacement part which is specially designed for use with Craftsman lawn mowers. The wheels allow you to easily move your mower over your lawn. This part is made out of plastic and rubber, it is also sold individually. Before installation, make sure the engine has cooled, and disconnect the wire and boot from the spark plug. To remove the old part and install the new one, you will need a socket wrench to aid you.
