This is an authentic OEM part. The Karcher unloader assembly is compatible with the G 3050 OH (11945150) Pressure Washer and the G 3025 OH (11945160) Pressure Washer. Constructed of metal and plastic parts, the unloader assembly is fitted between the machined cylinder head and the pipe plug. This item works as a spill valve for the pressure washer. This part is sold individually. A hex key may be helpful in the removal and replacement.

Pressure Washer had no pressure when the handle was squeezed. I had stupidly started the engine without first turning on the water supply and clearing the hose. That is what caused the initial problem

Got on line to trouble shoot and it appeared that the unloader valve was the problem. On line video showed how to replace it and I just followed those instructions. 10 minutes later the problem was fixed! I just removed the unloader valve and put the new one in and it worked perfectly.

It dropped pressure after being in use for 15-20 minutes. It will pressurize after waiting for about 5 minutes.

Opened several posts until I found the one with the unloader. Was able to remove the old one with small pliers that had a broad nose. Installer new unloader. Turned on water and tried to start the engine. Could not pull starter rope the second try. Turned off water and released all pressure through the hose. Started engine. Turned on water and the engine died. Installed old unloader. The engine started and I had high pressure. Replaced with new unloader and it worked.

1.) Removed cap from the unloader valve port.
2.) Used needle-nose pliers to remove the top half of the unloader and the bottom half of the unloader (it had untwisted and came apart)
3.) Greased up new valve and dropped into the unloader port.
4.) Greased cap and replaced.

Remove 7 allen slotted plugs. Pull out 6 original valves and 1 original unloader. Install 7 new parts. Tighten the 7 allen wrench slotted plugs.
