Not much to say. Everything went as promised. The price and shipping were spot on and the torsion spring was a good fit and seems to be what my edger needed. Will order again when I need such parts.

Repair went well. Had to loosen the housing that holds the arm and spring a bit. This allowed me to be able to place the adjustment rod through the rod arm and tension spring. Placing a vise grip on the end of the arm helped to keep the spring in place while nudging it on with a screw driver. After the tension spring was in place I could tighten all the bolts on the arm housing and made sure the belt was in proper alignment.

Remove cover plate, take spring and broken bar out. Replace bar, add spring making sure it faces correct way. Replace cover plate, attach belt from engine onto the blade pulley. The repair works best with edger on its side so gas tank needs to be empty.

There are several step by steps described already. The only suggestion I can add is to pay attention when replacing the torsion spring. I made a bonehead mistake and installed incorrectly the first time.
