  • Good replacement for my old chainsaw switch
This switch fits great on my old Echo 650EVL. I had to modify one of the terminals, but since the OEM part is not made anymore, this was the next best option.

    Old Echo switch replacement
This switch fit my old Echo trimmer/brush cutter , almost perfectly. Had to adapt a larger wire ring clip to fit on threaded rod. However , machine runs perfectly and shuts off properly.

The engine of the weed eater had to be detached from the shaft including the throttle cable and switch wires. The handle had to slide off and throttle lever housing taken apart. Then change the switch and reassemble, getting everything back just right was not easy.
