    Knob broke off existing switch that lasted 49 yrs.

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Wiring tester.

    1. Cut power.
    2. Removed hood cover with screwdriver.
    3. Nut off existing switch after unscrewed 2 wires off connector.
    4. Tested for hot wires.
    5. Connected new switch wires & screwed connectors on both wires.
    6. Attached nut on hold switch it place.
    7. Turned power on & checked to be sure worked.
    8. Reattached hood cover.
    Success.
