    Remove the cover remove the wire from the switch orient the switch correctly install the wires and install the cover

    Bad switch, couldn't turn the router on after a while

    Screwdriver

    1. Remove one screw in the top portion of the motor housing.
    2. Gently Pry up top with a straight screw driver and leverage the top off at an angle to release the plastic clip that holds down towards the front.
    3. With the top off, the switch slides straight up.
    4. Loosen the terminals on each side of the switch and the switch is free.
    5. Installation is the reverse, be careful not to over tighten the screws on the terminals for the switch.
    6. Make certain all wires, the speed control dial, and the switch are in their correct positions when lowering the top of the motor housing back into place.
