1.) Looked online to trouble shoot but was pretty certain a faulty/worn out fan relay was the issue.
2.) Contacted the company & left word for a call back. When I didn't receive that I called again & was able to speak directly to a repair person who confirmed the problem/issue. Confirmed the part number with him.
3.) Took the heater apart with just a screwdriver & tested the old fan relay to confirm my suspicions then ordered the part. I left the heater apart while the part was enroute.
4.) Replaced the old relay with new one - only a couple of screws & wires. Tested it to ensure it worked corrected/cycled like it was suppose to.
5.) Put heater back together & returned it to service. Job complete!

Remove the heater case from the wooden housing
Unscrew the sides of the case.
Unscrew the relay switch and replace it with a new one
Screw the sides of the case back on, and inserted into the housing and fasten it.
