    Clipper switch would go off in the middle of cutting.

    Took the bottom off and removed the broken part. Attached the 2 screws and replaced the back. It worked on the first try.

    Switch and cord burned out.

    So I unscrewed the screw that holds the cord and switch assembly. Took it from the main part of clipper unscrewed the switch assembly and then unscrewed the port assembly attached from the clipper and replace with new one.

    Switch was broken and cord was frawed

    Just two screws needed to be removed to expose the cord attachment area and the switch. Two more screws and the switch was easily replaced. Total time was less then a half hour

    Removed switch cover nut with pliers and cover plate with small phillips screwdriver, took a few pics for reference of wire placement. Removed two screws that held wires and removed switch and cord. Reversed that process and repair was finished. Replaced brush and spring assemblies and lubed clippers while on repair bench. Very simple repair and saved around $100 plus downtime.

    The switch had broken off at the stem. The cord was also showing signs of fraying.

    Unscrewed the bottom of the clippers,removed the power cord and unscrewed what was left of the original switch. I then reassembled the parts according to the photo I had taken before I started. The most difficult part was removing the the rubber stopper that held the power cord in place. Other than that it was an easy repair. My clippers are like new again.

    Removed end of clippers with phillips head screwdriver. Removed switch, installed new switch. Installed switch nut on the outer side. Reassembled, tested on.
