Exhaust and drain parts missing from portable AC.

Bought a portable ac unit from a local pawn shop, It was missing all the parts to vent the hot air out through the window and drain condensate from the coils. I only had to connect pieces together; hose, window bracket, drain plug. No tools required. I got a remote that was missing as well. Everything worked great.

Great customer service but part didn't fit.

The Delonghi plug did not fit the 3 in 1 portable air conditioner. This appears to be a Delonghi issue. Replacement parts was very nice and refunded me. I'm working with Delonghi for the correct size part.

Wrong parts

There are two caps for the drain line on my portable A.C.Unit according to your website. They were not expensive so I ordered one of each so that I would have the correct one.Neither one fits!
