I took off both fences first, then took out the four bolts that held the backstop in place. Then I put the new backstop in place. I then pushed the backstop all the way back on the slotted holes and squared it to the base. I then took scrape wood and made a picture frame to check for square, everything looked good after that. Note I always check the square of the blade to the base before using my saw, anything can move. Well that's about all I can tell you and thanks for your fast service. Howard.
