The part ordered from the website said that it would fit the model number given in the search box. The part did not fit. When we called to speak to the parts rep' he confirmed that the part would not fit. The return process was simple and efficient, but it still cost money for sending back the wrong part.

Part received is not as pictured and does not work!
I was happy with how quickly the item arrived, but although the part number is correct, what I received is a part that does not properly fit my cuisinart. I'm very disappointed that it appears to return the item it will cost me another $5+ and I'd need to print a label, and I do not have access to a printer. Overall- disappointed, and now have to figure out how to return this and then wait for a refund so I can afford to reorder the part directly thru cuisinart.
