2. Drilled out the pop rivets from the OEM installation.
3. Reinstalled the fan shroud on the engine.
4. Placed the starter assembly on the fan shroud and centered by partially pulling the starting rope.
5. Attached the assembly to the fan shroud with pop rivets.
