2. Removed the drive axle.
3. Removed the friction wheel.
4. Replaced the friction rubber.
5. Put the friction wheel back on.
6. Put the drive axle back in.
7. Put the wheels back on.
This project would have taken half the time, but the blower was very rusty and some of the parts had to be separated using a hammer!
