I received the correct part today. It is unobtainale in the UK. Ordering it from ereplacement parts was easy. The only issue I have is the amount of time to deliver. I assume this is probably UK couriers/Royal Mail who are not very efficeint

Removed the blade bolts with a socket.
Cleaned the blade head.
Installed 2 new blade binders and blades.
Checked with blade jigs.
Tightened blade bolts.
They dont make tools like they use to so I am happy to repair my 30 year old Dewalt planer.

Blade binder bolts loosened, sheared off bolt heads. Centrifugal force bent blade and binder.

Bent blade binder and broken tensioner spring

1.Removed dust port Exposing Cutterhead
2. Removed bolts from blade binder
3.Removed bent blade binder and the 2 screws from bottom side of binder that holds tensioner spring in place.
4. Removed cutting blades to inspect and sharpen.
5. Reinstalled blades, new blade binder and tensioner sping
6. Cleaned dust port with alcohol where the dust seals go
7. Installed new dust seals using gel super glue and let sit for 15 minutes before reinstalling dust port
8. Tested unit and everything ran great.

bolt not fastened down enough broke and bent many parts
