Replacing the gas cap was trivial as was installing the spring.

Spool was wore out (the eyelet on the inside of the spool)

Replaced the parts I received --- One issue was the spool did not have the 2 slots (180 degrees apart to keep trimmer line in place for spare spool so line would not unwind). I used my drill to make the slots. The slots will work but it would have been nice if they would have been on the new spools.
