    I ordered 3 replacement parts for a Dyson DC25 upright. The spring and rocker clip hold the wand to the hose and installed without a problem. The third was the roller end cap and it also installed easily. All parts matched up perfectly as they should.

    Fit perfectly, snapped into place with the spring. Both parts arrived together. Fast delivery even though USPS failed to track, that may be standard practice for 1st class. There was no mail delay.

    I went to your website and looked at a blowup of the Dyson vacuum. I found the part. I called your phone number and confirmed the part. I ordered the part and a few days later it arrived. I installed the part and now the vacuum is working again.

    Red swivel catch broke and lost spring

    1. Attached spring ends to + area on red switch and matching hose piece.
    2. Slid red switch prong into hose piece slot.
    3. Used flat screwdriver to wedge other edge prong into hose piece slot.

    Hose kept disconnecting from handle due to missing spring

    I used a screwdriver to remove the gray button at the point where the vacuum hose locks onto the vacuum handle.
    I carefully placed the spring inside then popped the button back in place. This took a few times as the spring kept popping out of place.
