1- identify model # and find parts diagram
2- inspected unit and found another worn part to order
3- the "nut" is a hollow screw and the threads broke off in the bottom part so we pushed a pair of pliers down in it to be able to unscrew it
4- cleaned out some build up from around jets
5- installed new radial bearing (other worn part) in the spray arm assembly then installed spray arm with new nut.
6- test repair, everything worked properly
