It is an identical replacement for a missing or damaged cap that was originally installed on a new equipment. The cap is utilized to cover the spindle. Caps missing on axle & king pin

After all mechanical parts re-assembled I heated spindle caps in almost boiling water to make them elastic, That made it easy to stretch and refit them. as they cooled they tightened onto their seats creating good seal.

Old caps were brittle from age,destroyed during removal to replace front axle

Pried off old caps and slipped on the new soft rubber caps

Wheels needed to be secured on axle, old part getting worn

Put wheels back on axle used washers and clips to hold them in place.

Spindle bushing cover cracked, and hood misaligned.

Removed old covers by hand and easily replaced with soft new ones, and installed the hood bumpers with a small pair of pliers. Very easy job, and very satisfied to get the correct parts first time.

Front wheel was about to fall off

I drove the old bearings out with a drift pin, pounded the new ones using an appropriately sized socket, greased it and installed the outer washer and clip. Easy

Needed to remove wheel. Old caps were no longer flexible enough to reinstall.

All that was required was to push the new caps over the end of the axle washer.

Front spindle bent

Remove and replace old parts. Grease and back in business. Shipping very slow due to waiting for a part. I think the order should have been sent out id two batches. But that's just me.
